Welcome! My name is Kristi, and I am Planning Us Healthy!

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother!  I am married to my high school sweetheart and absolute best friend, Jody.  My husband and I have been together since we were 15 years old!  We have two grown children, a son and a daughter.  We are also proud grandparents of an amazing little boy.

I am a WW lifetime member who lost 93 pounds back in 2003.  I gained it back but am now on track to lose it once and for all!  My husband and I are currently doing the WW Freestyle program, and we love it! Cooking is a passion of mine.  I love to meal plan and prep!  I work outside the home full time but my passion is doing all I can to be Planning Us Healthy!
