Basil-Parmesan Salmon with Ranch Cauliflower

AIR FRYER (OR OVEN) BASIL-PARMESAN SALMON

(Pictured with this salmon is Ranch Cauliflower, which is simply cauliflower roasted in a 450-degree oven for about 20 minutes, topped with a mixture of 1/2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch powder and 1 oz light sour cream, and garnished with green onion).


This is my favorite recipe from Skinnytaste!  This recipe was adapted by this Skinnytaste Basil-Parmesan Salmon recipe.  


I made slight modifications to the ingredients so that I could lower the WW points by one and get a larger portion (I LOVE salmon).  So, my version makes 3 servings.  However, for a normal portion, please go with the original recipe on Skinnytaste above.


  • 1 lb salmon
  • 3 Tbsp Hellman's Light mayo
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp Bay seasoning
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • olive oil spray
