blueberry pancake bake

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack mix 
  • 1-1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 overripe mashed bananas 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS


  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix everything but blueberries in a bowl.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour batter into a sprayed 13x9 pan.
  5. Top with additional cinnamon (optional). Bake in 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
  7. Cut into 6 squares.
  8. Top with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup (0 points)
