Birthday Cake Overnight Oats in a mason jar

Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Oats (I used quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used the vanilla flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Grove Farms sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar replacement (I use Swerve* (paid link)
  • 1 tsp cake batter extract (You can purchase here* (paid link)
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In mason jar or similar container (I use these 8-oz. mason jars), combine all ingredients except sprinkles. 
  2. Stir lightly to combine. 
  3. Top with sprinkles. 
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold the next morning (or heat if you prefer).

Cheesecake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 pkg (7 g) sugar-free cheesecake-flavored pudding mix
  • Toppings such as cherries, strawberries or other toppings (additional - not included in nutritional facts)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In mason jar or similar container (I use these 8-oz. mason jars) , combine all ingredients except toppings. 
  2. Stir lightly to combine. 
  3. Add toppings.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold the next morning (or heat if you prefer).
