Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Oats (I used quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used the vanilla flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Grove Farms sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar replacement (I use either Lakanto or Swerve* (paid links)
  • 1 tsp cake batter extract (*paid link)
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds (*paid link)
  • 1/2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In mason jar or similar container (I use these 8-oz. mason jars), combine all ingredients except sprinkles. 
  2. Stir lightly to combine. 
  3. Top with sprinkles. 
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold the next morning (or heat if you prefer).

Cheesecake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  2. Stir lightly to combine. 
  3. Add toppings.

Carrot cake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Oats (I used quick oats)
  • 1 tsp sweetener (I use Lakanto or Swerve (*paid links)
  • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds (I use Better Body Foods brand)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla flavor works well too)
  • 1 tsp cake batter extract (*paid link)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 chopped pineapple chunks
  • 12 grams raisins
  • (Optional: 1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a 12-oz. mason jar or 2-cup bowl combine oats, sweetener, allspice, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
  2. Add almond milk and cake batter extract and stir lightly.
  3. Fold in carrots, pineapple, and raisins.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold the next morning (or heat if you prefer).
